1. About the Service

TaleHarbor provides tools and experiences for discovering, reading, and interacting with story content and related features. The Service may evolve over time, and certain features may be added, modified, or removed.

By accessing the Service, you confirm you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share credentials or allow others to access your account without authorization.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly and reset your credentials.

3. Acceptable use

• You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content.
• You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Security

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

• Any other matter relating to the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaleHarbor and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
